Psynology is a series of word contrasts that appear at every 100’ along the length of the artery on the trailroad markers. Each of these placards consist of a notecard stapled to a small scrap of oriented strand board (OSB). They ask those who experience the trail to consider words in comparison to one another, and their relationship, and the minimal differences in spelling, punctuation, pronunciation, or otherwise. They are intended to instill some reflection as one walks the trail; perhaps not to concern with wayfinding, but rather to lose oneself in this rare corridor and forgotten landscape slicing through two neighborhoods.
